Richard is our client since 2012, the reason why he do business with us for the very first time is the low MOQ. Each time Richard custom a coin in 50pcs or 100pcs only. In this way, he could not easily find a supplier meet his needs. And then he talk to us. Yes, our MOQ is only 50pcs or less. If you have a coin to make for only small quantity, you could contact us.
Richard had made a lot of coins form us. And then he have an idea to make a packard card coin to memorize this luxury car company.
And later he had a second idea to make a packard car coin. So he totally made to of packard coin form us, which i like them very much.

And we finished artwork for Richard to check in short time. it's about 3days to finish the artwork if the designers are not very busy, because we have a lot of custom designs for client each day. And we try our best to finish it in 3days for each client.
And of course we will fix what Richard point out when he check the artwork as usually. The artwork will be done only when the client confirm it's ok. So when artwork was sent, client had to check carefully, especailly the wording. Only by this way we could finish the artwork quick and correct.
If the artwork confirm without checking, the mold made and gone wrong, extra cost happen.
See these are the coin we made for Richard after his confirm of the artwork. Samples need a week after confirm of artwork and payment.

And then Richard need a sample in aluminum material too. We normally produce coin in copper, brass, iron, zinc alloy, aluminum, silver etc.
Richard placed order as usual, 50pcs each time for that items were chosen. And he repeat order later. In this way, he don't need a lot of stock and a lot of money.
Richard is a souvenir gift distributor basically in California, so he always custom coin with the local element.
